I saw Finnish-born (now living in Baltimore) singer/songwriter Ruut open for Kat Edmonson last month and was completely blown away by her captivating voice and enthralling songs. I picked up her latest CD Glimpse after the show and I have to say that it's simply one of the most gorgeous sounding records of the year.
